Remove your BeinStory account and associated data.
After deletion your session ends; if you want to create a new account with the same email, you can use the sign-up flow.
When you delete your account, the following tied to your BeinStory account are targeted in particular: profile information (name, email), chat history and messages, token and usage-related records. Payment invoices or records required by legal obligations may be retained in a limited way for the period permitted by legislation; full deletion from backup systems may be completed within a reasonable technical timeframe.
To request deletion of only certain data without closing your account, email [email protected] from your registered email (under KVKK / data-protection scope).
If you cannot access the app or want to make a deletion request under data-protection law, email [email protected] from your registered email. You must apply from your registered email for identity verification.
