He is the trusted native (Indian) guide for Bill Stell. He knows the northern regions, currents, and wilderness like the back of his hand. Silent and loyal, Neluto is not just a rower or boatman, but also a hunting companion; he creates a great synergy with Summy Skim during hunting sessions. With the keenness of his eyes (both in fending off drifting icebergs in the water and in finding a target) and his proficiency with weapons, he is one of the group's lifelines.
From the Alaska/British Columbia native tribes (strong, unlike the slender ones). A former nine-year veteran guide who ferried fur traders for the Hudson's Bay Company. Later transitioned into Bill Stell's entourage (as a pilot).
In his 40s, unlike the scrawny members of other Indian tribes, he is a robust figure with an extremely athletic build, long black hair, and strong shoulders.

A target he takes down from the middle of the forehead/chest without hesitation the moment he senses danger.
