An experienced and older bandit in Deli Durdu's gang. He has endured the mountains for 3 years. With Memed's arrival, he begins to question the injustice in the gang more. Finally, when cornered in a raid by the gendarmes, he jumps forward to save Memed and sacrifices himself, dying in the process.
Although it is not very clear why he took to the mountains (there are rumors of a problem with his village or shooting his mother-in-law), he is a fugitive who has wasted many years in the mountains and exhibits characteristics of the Antep region.
Long-faced, thick-lipped, large-eyed, bushy-mustached, and burly. He wears silver-embroidered outfits and a red fez.
