The wife of Salur Kazan and mother of Uruz; she is a powerful woman, tall and willow-waisted. She is a perfect reflection of the ideal woman in Oguz society. Beyond tending to the hearth of her home, she also possesses the characteristics of an Amazon warrior capable of riding horses and bearing arms alongside forty noble maidens. When they take the infidel camps captive and receive news of the danger that they might be fed her son's flesh, she is a self-sacrificing character who is resolute enough to accept eating her own son's flesh to avoid revealing herself among the forty concubines, and who holds her husband's honor above all else.
It is known that she comes from the lineage of Bayindir Khan (or as the daughter of a great bey). Through her marriage to Kazan Bey, she upholds the rank of khan until the end and gives birth to a heroic son named Uruz. She holds the position of the mother of the Oguz nation.
